Our brioche premix follows the traditional French recipe with ingredients imported from Europe. DANEGY’s brioche premix ensures a rich, tender texture every time. It is perfect for industrial bakeries, restaurants, and hotels.
Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Salt, SKMP, FFMP, Vanilla, Enzymes, Emulsifiers, Calcium Propionate
Packaging: 10kg bag
Method: Place the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Add the liquid ingredients and butter. Mix for 10 minutes starting with slow mixing then fast mixing.
Fermentation and proofing duration should be between 60 and 90 minutes.
Bake at 200 degrees (180-200 degrees) for 20 mins.
