Is an enzyme based solution formulated for low or high quality wheat flour or semolina to improve the physical appearance of dried pasta and its cooking properties resulting in the perfect bite and chewy texture desired by the consumer. The all in one solution is combined with natural colorants to give the rich yellow color of pasta.
Ingredients: Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Hemicellulase, Lipase, Glucose Oxidase, Ascorbic Acid
Benefit: Gluten Strengthening, Improved firmness, brightness, and overall physical appearance
Recommended dosage: 0.5% of the flour weight
